The City of Dysart

Club Dysart

Years ago a group was formed to plan the Dysart 4th of July festivities. Evolving over the years the organization came to be known as Club Dysart.

Fireworks and insurance aren’t cheap so the Club’s primary responsibility is fundraising, but they have a knack for making sure their efforts benefit the community as a whole. They are even involved in many activities that don’t necessarily raise funds, but rather provide beloved social activities.

Some of the events they are responsible for include the Little Knights Wrestling Tournament (January), bartending services at the Community Building, the Omelet Breakfast (2nd Sunday in June), the Easter Egg Hunt and Christmas on Main’s Children’s Shop, which provides kids with an affordable way to buy presents for their families.

Club Dysart can’t do it alone so they also rely on volunteer help to organize fun filled events for 4th of July celebration. Most events require only a small fee to participate including the 4th of July 5K run, kickball tournament, egg toss and free throw contest. Club Dysart also organizes the fundraising dinner that follows the popular 4th of July Parade!

Support Club Dysart in their effort to bring family fun and wholesome excitement to Dysart community.
