vendors, it would be amazing.” Well, well, well…we still have another month to go before the “deadline” approaches for vendors and guess how many spaces we have filled? Yep! FORTY!!! Hello, Vintage Market!

I am telling you, this is not your average small town Main Street…we have an incredible group of women (plus our one wonderful man) with amazing talent, and they’re ambitious and energetic! We are so thankful to our long-time Dysart shops Sassy’s Boutique of Dysart, Iowa, The Blacksmith Boutique & Garden Studio,
Imagine This, Be Inspired, Where Two Corners Meet, McJulie Studios, Custom Creations by Sheri, & Molly Weber Photography for all jumping in with both feet, excited to allow the “new girls” to be excited about old stuff!

And of course, kudos to our own Dysart Development Corporation for sponsoring this new annual event! Gosh, now that we’ve reached FORTY quality vendors and nowhere near our deadline, I’m thinking we need a new goal! What do you think? 50, 60?? The Dysart Business Builders and the Dysart Development Corporation sponsored the Chocolate Walk. An estimated 400 people sampled chocolate candy, cookies, cupcakes, fudge, truffles and more during the event. The chocolate vendors had a very successful day and those who sampled the sweet delights, purchased their favorites and had a great time. The Easter Bunny made an appearance, there was wine tasting in some of the stores to compliment the chocolates and for the shoppers there were sales and new merchandise.
