About Zion Lutheran Church Zion Lutheran

Zion Lutheran Church”]Zion Lutheran began its history with the dedication of its first church in 1895. The new church was dedicated July, 1961. The bell tower addition was dedicated in 1979. There are three active women’s circles, a men’s breakfast group, church choir, a youth group, adult and youth Sunday school, two quilting groups, and a prayer circle.

The Dysart Development Corporation is a non-profit, community development organization open to all citizens and businesses in the community of Dysart and the surrounding area. Its primary objectives are, (a) to improve the quality of life for its residents of all ages, (b) to promote growth and diversification of the local economy through the retention and expansion of existing businesses and industry, (c) to promote the recruitment of new business and industry, and (d) to promote community revitalization by providing assistance and support.
